Salary: £25,500 basic + OTE up to £40,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including two half weekends per month (typically one Saturday and one Sunday)

We're looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join a busy and supportive sales team in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building genuine rapport and turning conversations into sales. You'll handle inbound enquiries from customers looking for the right level of insurance cover for their individual circumstances. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs, confidently recommend suitable options and provide a great customer experience while working towards individual and team sales targets. With an OTE of up to £40,000, your performance and sales ability will be recognised and rewarded.

During your first six months, you'll receive a guaranteed £250 bonus payment each month, giving you the opportunity to focus on your training, development and building your confidence in the role.

About you

You’ll be a confident and engaging communicator with a natural ability to build trust and rapport. You'll be commercially aware, motivated by achieving results and comfortable working towards sales targets. As some conversations may involve personal or sensitive information, you'll also need to be empathetic, patient and professional. You'll listen carefully, ask the right questions and explain information clearly so customers can make an informed decision. You'll be keen to learn, receptive to coaching and motivated to develop your skills and earning potential within a supportive team environment. Previous experience within insurance, medical insurance, financial services, regulated sales, contact centre sales or another consultative sales environment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
