We are recruiting for a skilled and organised Employee Relations Advisor for a 3 month fixed term contract. The role is exciting with a great mixture of casework. This role would be great for someone with previous ER exposure and a level 3 CIPD looking to get into a short contract. The role can be hybrid and we are looking for someone that is immediately available or on a short notice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handling, investigating, and managing low level cases with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advisory & Support: Acting as the first point of contact for managers, offering advice on employment law, company policy, and contractual terms.
  • Sickness & Absence: Proactively managing sickness absence cases to improve attendance.
  • Coaching & Capability: Training and supporting line managers to handle people issues confidently and fairly.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all HR practices are legally compliant and up to date with employment legislation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation and records for all cases.

Skills Required:

  • Previous ER exposure
  • CIPD level 3 minimum
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a caseload to a high standard.
