This HR Manager role is an excellent opportunity if you’re looking to progress your career in HR and take on more responsibility. If you’re currently working as an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator with at least 5 years experience within a real generalist role and experience of Payroll and are eager to step into a managerial role, this position will provide you with the experience needed to advance. You’ll move beyond transactional HR tasks and gain hands-on experience in employee relations, compliance, engagement initiatives, and recruitment. Unlike entry-level roles, this position allows you to work closely with senior management, provide strategic HR support, and have a real impact on company culture and people management. You’ll also develop key skills in decision-making, policy development, and employee engagement, setting you up for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR Operations - Overseeing onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
