**Bramah HR Recruitment** is recruiting for a generalist HR advisor to join a dynamic organization based in central London. This diverse role involves working across the entire HR function, making it ideal for a well-versed advisor confident in guiding managers on HR best practices, managing ER casework independently, and supporting the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist with Employee Relations casework, ensuring best practice HR is administered for positive outcomes.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage HR administration for the employee lifecycle using internal HR systems.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Review and update company policies in line with HR legislation.
  • Act as the main contact for payroll queries.
  • Handle internal HR inbox queries and direct colleagues appropriately.
  • Generate monthly HR reports for senior leadership.

Skills:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or higher.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing ER casework independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Independent working skills and initiative.
  • IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
