Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an amazing FTC working 32 hours per week? Do you have experience within the NHS or healthcare industry? If so this could be the perfect contract for you!

Our wonderful client is looking for a HR Advisor on a 4.5 month contract. The role is based in their Birmingham office with 1 day a week home working. The 32 hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days and would suit a candidate with experience within ER work as well as safeguarding protocols. The salary on offer for this role is £37,000 FTE.

This is a fast paced position where your duties will be as follows:

  • Maintain effective relationships with the business, and consistently maintain high professional standards.
  • Respond to and answer general queries that are sent to the HR Inbox, owning where possible, and escalating where required.
  • Ownership of projects that support business growth through HR input.
  • Support delivery of, and sometimes lead, training sessions owned by HR.
  • Support consultations and business restructuring with wider business leaders.
  • Act as a point of contact for colleagues with specific change queries.
  • Proactively manage and support employee relations cases including high risk cases across all business streams.
  • Coach, educate and advise managers on best practice in relation to employment related issues by providing compliant, commercial, professional and timely advice.
  • Answer queries regarding terms and conditions of employment to ensure processes are followed and are actioned within agreed time frames.
  • Coordinate the administration of HR cases including relevant correspondence, reports, packs, maintaining the relevant databases to ensure case work is managed and recorded appropriately.
  • Provide ad hoc project support to the wider HR team as required.

The company are looking for a CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience as well as specific experience in a generalist or ER role at advisory level.
