Job Description
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.
- Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft to streamline hiring.
- Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
- Oversee social media management for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Support administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture.
