We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, well-informed, and aligned with our organisational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR systems effectively. Please note this is a 4M FTC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.
  • Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft to streamline hiring.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
  • Oversee social media management for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR management.
