We are looking for a Help Desk Technical Engineer to join a busy and growing team based in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a technical mindset and a proactive approach to customer support.

About the candidate:

  • Organised, reliable and confident when handling customer queries and technical issues.
  • Previous experience within a support desk, helpdesk or coordination role (not IT focussed).
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, a professional and proactive approach, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident prioritising workloads, troubleshooting basic technical issues and working with Windows operating systems and remote connection tools.
  • Experience working to response time targets or service level agreements would be beneficial.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: 32,000 to 37K per year

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Office based in Bracknell

Background: Facilities, fire and security or mechanical support
