We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Coordinator to support teams, schedule engineer visits and manage project planning, ensuring customer jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Based at the company’s head office near Fleet, this role offers flexibility around working hours and can be worked across 4 full days or 5 shorter days.
Part-time hours and actual take-home pay:
- 28 hours per week: £21,700 take-home per year
- 32 hours per week: £24,800 take-home per year
The perfect candidate will have experience in a similar coordination, administration or scheduling role, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The role:
- Coordinate technician schedules in line with customer requirements and SLAs
- Optimise schedules and manage changes where priorities conflict
- Carry out customer pre-calls and follow up after visits
- Ensure work orders are accurate and complete
- Monitor SLA performance and record failed visits
- Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns where needed
