We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and winning new business.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of an established customer portfolio while also driving new revenue through qualified inbound leads and proactive sales activity.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value.
  • Convert qualified inbound and marketing-generated leads into new business.
  • Own the full sales journey, from initial conversation through to close and successful onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and recommending solutions that deliver real value.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring excellent sales discipline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, retention and new business targets.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in B2B Account Management with responsibility for revenue growth.
  • A track record of converting inbound or marketing-generated leads into customers.
  • A genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to win.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to uncover and develop opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent CRM and pipeline management skills.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on results.
  • Experience in technology, managed services or construction would be advantageous but is not essential.
