We are seeking an experienced, proactive and commercially minded Junior HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced professional services organisation and play a key role in supporting its people strategy. This role would be an ideal fit for a Senior HR Advisor looking for their next step or an existing Junior HRBP looking for an exciting role within a successfully growing business.

This is a broad and varied generalist HR role, ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and credible advice across the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a candidate who is confident and experienced using management information (MI), data and analytics to identify trends, provide insight and influence key business decisions.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and other HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR support, strengthen people practices and contribute to key HR initiatives in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. The role is for someone with experience in a busy professional services environment, that has an emphasis on people and collaboration.

Salary: Up to 40,000

Location: Southend

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days working from home
