Bramah Recruitment are on the look out for an Assistant Manager to join a brilliant business in the family leisure sector. Working for a collaborative team this is an ideal role for a natural leader with a flare for customer service and an organised approach.
Responsibilities:
- To assist with managing day to day operations on site, coordinating people teams, leading by example with customer service and engagement and being on hand to support operational teams on the ground.
- To assist with site financial performance by managing KPI's, assisting with purchasing, budgeting and cost control in all areas of the business.
- To ensure the F&B function operates efficiently whilst maintaining compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- To ensure that events hosted by the site run smoothly and to act as a point of escalation for clients.
- To train, mentor and develop colleagues to drive high standards of customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Experience in the leisure/retail sectors with face to face customer interaction is essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- People management experience is essential.
- Knowledge of food health and safety standards in a commercial F&B setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Please note this role will require weekend working.
