We're looking for a proactive Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy leisure environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
About the Candidate
- You will have dedicated leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing teams and driving performance.
- Confidence working with KPIs and budgets as well as a good understanding of H&S protocols is essential.
- A strong food and beverage (F&B) background is required, with experience delivering high standards in a busy hospitality setting.
- You will be passionate about customer experience, confident leading large teams and able to create an inclusive environment.
- A good level of IT skills (including Microsoft Office) is required as well as great communication skills with stakeholders and customers.
Salary: £36,000
Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends, no late nights)
