We are looking for a fantastic Quality and Compliance Manager who is passionate about improving quality, strengthening compliance, and helping to deliver training and knowledge and guidance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of CQC requirements and experience in influencing positive change across an organisation as well as providing advice and solutions and taking ownership of new legislative change roll outs.
£40,000 per annum - depending on experience
9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday - would look at part time for the perfect candidate. Minimum of 3 days
Fully onsite role near Cobham, Surrey
Responsibilities- Lead the development and embedding of effective quality systems and processes.
- Monitor compliance with CQC and Housing frameworks.
- Carry out audits, analyse data and support teams to take action that improves results.
- Oversee complaints and feedback processes, ensuring timely, appropriate responses.
- Act as joint Safeguarding Lead.
- Promote a positive approach to risk that reflects our mission, vision and values.
- Audit records and key back-office functions.
- Work closely with teams on training needs, compliance, and embedding best practice.
- Deliver briefings, lunch-and-learn sessions or training to enhance knowledge.
- Ensure policies are up to date, legally compliant and reflective of sector guidance.
- Draft new policies where needed and support colleagues in implementation.
- Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear reports and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Knowledgeable about CQC regulations, safeguarding, and frameworks.
- Someone solution focused who can advise on any changes and help support the implementation.
- Detail-focused, organised and able to follow processes accurately.
- A great communicator who can build strong, supportive relationships.
