Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join clients dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, well-informed, and aligned with our organisational goals.

This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR systems effectively.

Please note this is a 4M FTC.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.

Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or People Soft to streamline hiring.

Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.

Oversee social media management for employer branding and recruitment purposes.

Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.

Support administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.

Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources or a related field.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR management.

Experience with social media management for professional purposes is an advantage.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within an HR context.
