Bramah Recruitment are recruiting an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to join a growing property services business.
This is a varied, office-based role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day HR, manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure workforce compliance across a multi-site operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Lead recruitment from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
- Oversee inductions, probation reviews and the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage right-to-work, DBS, driving licence and training compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies and reporting.
- Work closely with managers and senior leadership to improve people processes.
About you:
- Strong generalist HR experience, including employee relations.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across varied roles.
- Organised, proactive and confident handling sensitive matters.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site business.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent desirable, although relevant practical experience is equally valued.
The opportunity:
- Salary of £40,000–£50,000 DOE.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday.
