Bramah HR are recruiting for an experienced Events Coordinator to join an exciting team! Key Responsibilities : Supporting a variety of events, ranging from large-scale flagship events to small, niche challenges tailored to different participant profiles. Involvement in all stages of event planning: logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation. Assisting in recruiting, organising, and managing hundreds of volunteers essential to event operations. Personal engagement in unique, smaller challenges requiring bespoke attention to participants and their needs. Working on international and local events covering a range of distances and physical abilities. Skills and Attributes Needed Event Planning and Management : Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse tasks simultaneously. Commitment to maintaining accurate records of all event-related activities. People Coordination : Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate large teams.
