BramahHR are seeking a HR Manager to join our client on a fixed term contract. This position plays a crucial role in supporting a dynamic, global business during a period of significant innovation and growth. The successful candidate will lead operational HR activities, develop strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives. Review and update HR strategies Evaluate HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence. Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies. Design and execute a global Learning and Development strategy. Support global employee relations. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management and salary benchmarking. Manage and develop direct reports. Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes. Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employee and manager experiences.
