Bramah HR is recruiting for an HR Officer to join a sensational organisation based in the midlands. This is a regional hybrid role with travel covering 12 sites for the organisation and is a fast paced, high volume position with a key focus on managing HR processes including sickness and absence, note taking for disciplinary processes, managing HR administration and providing first line support for HR queries. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Officer who loves a varied day and a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sickness and absence cases for all sites within this role's jurisdiction ensuring compliance whilst ensuring positive outcomes for the organisation.
- Provide first line support to colleagues on all sites relating to HR queries.
- Manage all HR Administration for the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with adhoc HR project work when required.
- Assist with note taking for disciplinary processes ensuring accurate records are taken.
- Manage the HR information system ensuring data is correct and up to date ensuring compliance.
- Assist with recruitment processes when necessary.
- Provide support to senior HR staff when necessary.
Skills:
- Experience managing Sickness and Absence cases in high volumes.
- CIPD qualification essential.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Previous experience using HR information systems would be desirable.
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.
- Excellent experience using MS office packages.
