Job Title: HR Manager Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum Location: Epsom Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with current legislation, and foster a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Policy Development: Create, review, and update HR policies to align with the organisation’s goals and legal requirements. Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to fill positions promptly, including drafting job descriptions, person specifications, and engaging advertisements. HR Support: Offer professional HR coaching, support, and advice to management and staff, promoting a motivated and high-performing workforce. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgement. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about employment law changes to maintain compliance in all HR practices. Training Programs: Collaborate with senior management to design and deliver training workshops and programs. Exit Processes: Coordinate the staff exit process, collect and analyse feedback, and communicate findings to improve employee retention. HR Systems: Optimize the use of HR software to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Employee Surveys: Conduct employee surveys and report results to the leadership team. Talent Management: Support talent management initiatives by monitoring development plans and providing clear performance reports.
