The Role:

  • Manage approved car finance applicants exclusively—no cold calling!
  • Engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Ensure accurate application details and maintain 100% compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Match customers to the best vehicle options within their budget and needs.
  • Work alongside dealerships, admin teams, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Receive full training through an induction and onboarding program to become Catalyst qualified.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in car finance sales.
  • Familiarity with Auto Convert or similar CRM software is a bonus (training provided!).
  • Strong interpersonal skills—teamwork and collaboration are key.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
