It’s a critical role in ensuring that\\nthe warehouse operation is running safely and efficiently, and that we are\\ncatering to our customers’ every need – both now and in the future.\\n\\nYou’ll take full shift responsibility from goods in, stock management and\\norder picking, through to dispatch. You’ll ensure productivity targets are\\nachieved and high levels of customer service are delivered through effective\\nday to day management of your team in an engaging and motivating way to share\\nsuccess.\\n\\nIt’s a busy role which requires you to think on your feet and pro-actively\\nproblem solve. </p><p>As Warehouse Shift Manager you will deal with operational\\nchallenges as they arise, escalating to more senior managers if necessary. You\\nwill want to make a difference and proactively look for ways to make\\nimprovements and challenge current ways of working. You’ll be tenacious and\\nresilient you’re a pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination\\nto overcome challenges to succeed.\\n\\nTo join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager you will have previous management\\nexperience in a high-volume, fast paced warehouse operation. </p><p>You will be\\nresults driven and demonstrate good commercial awareness and strong analytical\\nskills which you’ll use to make sound decisions.
