Brakes NDC Grantham
A great opportunity within our Grantham depot as we look to appoint a Warehouse Resolution Coordinator on a permanent basis.
This is a critical role that helps to keep our distribution operation running smoothly. As Warehouse Resolutions Coordinator you will be upholding our high standards of dealing with suppliers and stakeholders within the business. The role is to ensure that our stock is received, recorded and dispatched correctly and in a timely manner inclusive of general warehouse duties. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues in customer service, warehouse and distribution teams and deal quickly with any escalated issues that arise. You will also compile and analyse data and information to help identify and prevent challenges and improve processes and ways of working.
To be successful in this role you will require previous experience of effectively managing customer relations across ideally from within a Warehouse Operation. This is a busy role, so you will be well organised in order to meet key milestones and targets for coordinating inventory, reports for costings and monitoring our end-to-end delivery for the site to operate smoothly. Its key can multitask and prioritise your own workload to ensure any customer issues and queries are resolved quickly and efficiently. You’ll be a great communicator and will take a creative and innovative approach to problem solving. You will need a good confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages including Excel, Outlook and Word alongside SAP WMS and Pickface would be preferred.
