Job Description Salary: £12.67 per hour (£26,351 per annum) plus attendance bonus and a fantastic range of benefits 40 Hours Day shift 06:00 – 14:30 working any 5 days from 7 on a rota basis which will include some weekend working You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us – just the enthusiasm to learn and the desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, ready to learn and excited by the chance to progress, we’ll provide all the training and development opportunities you need. You will need to be comfortable working within the FREEZER -18 degrees (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg and ideally have your own transport to get here. In the role of a Warehouse Operative at our Grantham depot you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and even HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. And, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.
