Warehouse Operative – Days shift
Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 10am start
45 hours per week
31,453 plus benefits

As a Warehouse Operative, youll pick and check the quality of these ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and HGV driving, theres no limit to your potential. In fact, almost 90% of our managers started here. So, once youre in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up if thats what you want to do.
As well as an eye for detail, youll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (well provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg and have your own transport to get here. In return, youll enjoy job stability and benefits such as:
