Were currently looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in our Newhouse Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can learn and develop your office administration skills.

Its a busy role and no 2 days will be the same from processing and controlling the production of customer pick notes and invoices on SAP to maintaining the warehouse management system by keying movement sheets (Replens) and pulling jobs to voice. Operations Administrator plays a vital role to keeps the warehouse moving, youll be liaising and working with the wider team and other departments to ensure effective communication and support.

To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail in order to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your work effectively. Youll enjoy being part of a team and have good communication skills in order to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You will have some experience in an office based role and have good IT (SAP desirable) and communication skills. Above all you will be customer focused and be willing to learn.
