Job DescriptionWarehouse Admin Team Manager – NightsSalary: £34,599Shift Available: Any 5 from 7, typically working Sunday – Thursday nights with flexibility to cover other shifts on an adhoc basis45 hoursWarringtonIf you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking to progress a career in warehouse operations, join us on the night shift as a Warehouse Admin Team Manager at our Warrington Depot.You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse administration colleagues are working safely and efficiently, and that key targets are being achieved. You will lead by example and drive high performance through great communication, teamwork and building strong working relationships. You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively, as well as developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations. There’s paperwork and administration to complete as part of this role, so you’ll need an eye for detail and have the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner. You will have strong capabilities on information technology and experience with SAP is desirable. The above position will be on the night shift with flexibility for covering other shifts on an adhoc basis. You will enjoy working in a busy role which requires you to think on your feet and pro-actively problem solve – dealing with operational challenges as they arise, escalating to more senior managers if necessary.
