We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced MHE trainer with an in-depth knowledge of warehousing. An AITT or RTITB qualification is essential, and food and beverage industry experience at AET Level 3 is desired.
You’ll play an integral part of the Operations team, training, coaching, and supporting warehouse colleagues - enabling them to complete their role safely and effectively. Day to day responsibilities would include:
- New starter orientation and training
- Refresher training
- Manual handling training
- Health and safety training
- Managing external training contractors
- Delivering MHE training for LLOPs, Counter Balance FLTs and Reach trucks
You will also be responsible for rolling out new start inductions. You will need to be comfortable in a cool environment (but thermal uniform is provided to keep you warm) and be able to lift weights of up to 25kg.
To join us as a Warehouse Trainer, you must have proven knowledge from experience as a vocational warehouse operative. If you can demonstrate attention to detail and proactive action to develop new skills, this role is for you.
