Annual Salary £35,263 plus Night Shift allowance, with a great range of benefits. Sunday - Friday (Rotating shift patterns) 17:00PM - 02:30AM and 20:30PM - 06:00AM (45 hours pw) in Reading.

A satisfying role: As a Warehouse Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep the warehouse moving. You’ll be the key link between our warehouse operatives and our systems – ensuring customer orders are correctly sent for picking, stock is replenished, depot teams are kept informed, invoices are processed, and paperwork is accurate. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

What you bring to the mix:

  • A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail.
  • Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS).
  • The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues.
  • The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people.
  • Ideally, experience in a similar warehouse admin role – but this isn’t essential.
