The predicted salary is between 14996 - 14996 £ per year.

£14,996 per annum, plus an excellent monthly bonus and lots of great benefits. Working 4 hours per day and any 5/7 days per week, opening hours 07:30 – 18:00. This will include weekend working on a rota basis. 20 hours per week.

Start Date: 3rd August – Training is 5 weeks and you will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 13:00 to complete this.

The role of Customer Support Advisor involves:

  • Joining our busy contact centre team.
  • Being multi-skilled across sales and customer care functions.
  • Taking ownership of all inbound and outbound customer contacts, including order placement and query resolution.
  • Using a Brakes sales-through-service approach to add value, drive profitable growth, build loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Understanding customer needs and maintaining relationships, liaising with Field Sales to nurture and retain customers.
  • Ensuring good communication links with various departments and following internal policies.
  • Being self-motivated to deliver high productivity, achieve personal scorecard targets and assist in overall departmental KPIs.
  • Taking ownership of personal development to maintain and develop knowledge of Brakes products, services and processes.
  • Meeting and exceeding quality targets in line with the Quality Framework.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Ability to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Great rapport-building ability – communication is key.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience on SAP would be desirable, but not essential – our training is excellent.
