We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in our Grantham Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can develop your office administration skills.

It’s a busy role and no 2 days will be the same from processing and controlling the production of customer pick notes and invoices on SAP to maintaining the warehouse management system by keying movement sheets (Replens) and pulling jobs to voice. Our Operations Administrators play a vital role to keep the warehouse moving throughout the day. You’ll be liaising and working with the wider team and other departments to ensure effective communication and support.

To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail in order to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your work effectively. You’ll enjoy being part of a team and have good communication skills in order to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You will have some experience in an office based role and have good IT (SAP/ D365 desirable) and communication skills. Above all you will be customer focused and be willing to learn. Please note you must be able to drive to get to the location of the depot.
