What you bring to the mix A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Brakes: a background in leading, motivating and coaching a team the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input a customer-centric approach strong stakeholder management and communication skills knowledge of SAP the ability to create an open and supportive culture within a team.
