<b>Job Description</b><p>## Job Description\\n\\n \\n\\n<b>£12.67 per hour (£26,351 per year) plus great benefits</b>\\n\\n<b>40 Hours per week</b>\\n\\n<b>Working Monday to Friday</b> <b>10:30-19:00 (30 unpaid break)</b>\\n\\n<b>Newark</b>\\n\\nPermanent opportunity within Supply Chain Logistics, to join us as a\\nDistribution Administrator for our Brakes site in Newark. You will be required\\nto liaise with the wider team, managers, and multiple departments to ensure\\nsolutions are delivered both effectively and efficiently.\\n\\nReporting to the Distribution Shift Manager, you will de-brief drivers and\\nmeasure delivery performance to ensure the smooth operation of our entire\\nwarehouse and transport operation. You will manage and maintain both paper and\\ndigital records. </p><p>As Distribution Administrator you will take overall\\nresponsibility for answering incoming calls and emails for customers and\\ndrivers. Responding to any customer queries and complaints, finding a\\nresolution and processing credits where necessary in a professional manner.\\n\\nYou’ll be a forward-thinking individual, able to adapt to change with a view\\nto drive customer experience and level of service. You’ll be expected to be on\\nsite during critical operational hours working any 5 out of 7 days.\\n\\nTo join us as the Distribution Administrator, you will be an excellent\\ncommunicator with previous customer service experience within a fast-paced\\ncompany. </p><p>It would be of an advantage to possess strong IT knowledge in\\nparticular Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SAP. We have a bespoke Transport\\nManagement Software package we use so already working in the fleet or\\ndistribution field is ideal but not essential.
