We are recruiting a Team Manager to join the Business Operations Team at our Ashford office, on a full-time basis. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of coordinators to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of escalation for the team.
  • Provide administrative support, data delivery, and account management.
  • Process improvement by assessing workflows to identify areas for simplification.
