Business Operations Coordinator

Ashford Office/Hybrid working

Working Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00, 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Operations Co-ordinator to join our highly dedicated Business Operations team in Ashford. This position is a Hybrid working role.

  • Attend customer and business meetings/calls
  • Be a primary point of contact on customer and business queries
  • Regularly engage with Sector Managers to discuss actions in support of both business and customer activities
  • Maintain Pricing, Buying Lists, Product Substitutions & Discounts in line with requests by Sector Manager/customer/supply chain and through bulletins/regular cleansing
  • Highly IT literate - MS Office (Excel)
  • Commercial awareness
