We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Events & Sponsorship Manager to plan, execute and optimise all Brakes trade events, trade shows and sponsorship initiatives. This is a critical role to build our brand visibility within the foodservice market, driving customer engagement and supporting growth objectives such as new business acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and execute all trade events regionally across the country.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive events strategy aligned with the overall marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of event delivery including budgets, timelines, logistics, stand design, staffing and post-event evaluation.
  • Maximise existing sponsorship value and identify and pitch for new sponsorship investments.
  • Work closely with Sales & Key Account teams to ensure events and sponsorship support commercial priorities.
  • Ensure all events comply with food safety, health & safety and company brand guidelines.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of events and sponsorship, ideally within the foodservice sector but all experience considered.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can demonstrate creativity and focus on customer experience alongside commercial rigour.
  • Comfortable negotiating packages and favourable terms for sponsorship and venues.
  • Confident communicator and relationship manager including senior leaders, sponsors, partners and industry contacts.
