This is a high-impact leadership role focused on resolving delivery issues, improving service performance, and driving continuous improvement across a fast-paced distribution network. You’ll be the bridge between operations, customers, and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved at root cause, while leading a team to deliver consistently strong results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of administrators, including a dedicated resolution team
  • Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations
  • Investigate and resolve complex delivery issues and customer disputes
  • Use data and insights to identify root causes and implement improvements
  • Collaborate across transport, operations, and commercial teams
  • Manage change effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Work with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office

Experience Required

  • Experience in transport / distribution / logistics operations
  • Proven people management and coaching capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling customer issues, complaints, or service recovery
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, reporting, KPIs)
  • Foodservice / FMCG background
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce
