We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Change Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis, reporting into the Head of Change.
As the Change Manager it is your responsibility to lead the successful adoption of a portfolio of digital and cultural transformation projects and programmes across Sysco GB. They will provide senior change leadership, mentor others, and support embedding change capability. Priority will focus on the successful implementation of new ways of working and technologies across multiple GB Operating Companies. The ideal candidate will apply the Prosci change management methodology to support a smooth transition, minimise business disruption, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement across IT, business operations, and senior leadership.
This role is a home-based role with regular travel for external meetings and to UK Sysco sites, so a great deal of flexibility will be required for this role.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Provide change leadership, lead and execute change management strategies for a portfolio of change projects or major change programmes.
- Apply Prosci change management principles to drive user adoption and mitigate resistance.
- Develop and deliver communication plans, training programmes, and engagement strategies to support transformation.
- Manage integrated change plans across a portfolio of projects aligning closely with programme management.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to identify change impacts and facilitate smooth transitions.
- Conduct readiness assessments and define action plans to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure change effectiveness and user adoption rates.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on coaching for key stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks related to change management and user adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure continuous improvement in ERP utilisation.
About you:
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience overseeing a portfolio of change projects across cultural/digital change transformation in a complex environment with a strong background in Prosci methodology and other change management frameworks. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, (especially Excel and Smartsheet), Power BI, and project management tools. Communication is key in this role, as you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders and you must be able to work cross-functionally and across multicultural teams. It’s essential to have experience of leading change initiatives in large multinational organizations and experience in training and developing change agents within the organisation.
