Brakes Catering Equipment (BCE) is seeking a Capital Equipment Sales Manager to lead the development of new business opportunities and enhance share of wallet across our capital equipment portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with an established and high-performing sales team, while also collaborating with stakeholders across the wider Brakes Group. This role requires a strategic, commercially focused professional capable of building strong networks and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Proactively identifying New Business opportunities and working collaboratively to convert and on-board customers.
  • Growing share of wallet and building a pipeline across Capital Equipment.
  • Commercially aware in order to actively interrogate, interpret and act upon various data sources.
  • Understanding competitor activity and marketing insights.
  • Keeping up to date with Suppliers product and service knowledge.
  • Full P&L management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, through building strong relationships across all areas of the customer's business.
  • Work with other departments as required to ensure that budgeted sales targets, account profitability, customer satisfaction and retention are achieved.
  • Project Manage the supply and install commercial kitchens.
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with your customers.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment whilst prioritising important tasks and managing time effectively.
