We are recruiting a Credit Team Administrator position within the Credit Management department. This role is offering flexible hybrid working after the initial training period with 2-3 days based in our Ashford office for team collaboration and meetings, so you must be within a commutable distance.
Role Purpose
In this varied, generalist role with an administrative focus, you’ll wear multiple hats across the Credit Management team. You will support a range of credit control activities, including:
- Assisting with overdue accounts
- Monitoring incoming payments and allocating remittances
- Supporting credit risk processes and direct debit activities
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Maintaining accurate customer account records
- Supporting the setup of new accounts, including documentation and credit checks
- Preparing reports and dashboards
- Processing account amendments such as credit limit changes
