Overview
We are looking for an experienced Transport Team Manager to lead and motivate our driver colleagues along with our team of administrators. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks from HR and employee issues, ensuring drivers take regular breaks to keep within the working time directive, to using local area knowledge for re‑routing with support from our planners. The position is customer facing both internally and externally and requires an ability to resolve issues to maintain our reputation.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge and experience in CPC management (Transport Manager's CPC preferred).

- Ability to take accountability for the fleet and workforce.
