Bicester - Fresh Direct
This is a full-time role working 37.5hrs per week. The shifts are 8.5hrs, between 7am-5pm and working 1 in 3 weekends. This role is a 12 month Secondment.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers, being the first point of contact to assist in orders via phone and email. After successful completion of your probation, there is a potential for this role to be Hybrid.
