We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the design studio as well as lead the creation of industry leading brand assets. This role sits in the intersection of creativity and operations – both delivering standout content but also managing and enabling designers to do their best work through designing workflow processes, allocating resources and refining business processes. You will report into the Head of Creative and manage a team of 6 (5 Graphic Designers & a Videographer).
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and support your own team
- Manage daily studio operations, schedules and workflows
- Coordinate project timelines, resourcing and deliverables
- Produce creative assets and content aligned to brand standards
- Manage small budget, invoicing and expense tracking
What we are looking for:
- Track record of line management experience
- Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Experience of setting up and managing workflows in a busy intense environment
- Seasoned stakeholder management skills across all levels
