Shift: Monday to Saturday - Start times between 5:30am - 7:00am, around 5/6 hours per day (Overtime may be required to complete deliveries). 30 hours minimum per week + regular overtime in peak season.

You’ll start with a thorough induction, then you’ll provide our customers with a friendly, dedicated delivery service of food orders, ensuring issues are resolved along the way. It’s a vital role, and it can be hard work, but a Medina Food Service Driver makes it look easy!

You’ll need to pay attention to accurately picking vehicle and delivery of customer orders and maintaining product temperatures in a multi-temperature controlled vehicle. Awareness of VOSA compliance is essential to ensure your vehicle checks are completed to a high standard for roadworthiness. The role includes manual handling of food produce to customers' premises, so compliance with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene, and related legislation is required.

You’ll require a full driver’s license and extensive road knowledge of our local area. As a 3.5T van driver, you’ll use your strong communication, teamwork skills, knowledge, and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions. If you have the ambition to become an HGV2 driver in the future, we support your development through our driver training program.
