We are the UK’s largest foodservice supplier, backed by Sysco, and we are seeking a dynamic professional to manage a portfolio of national account customers in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing customer account plans, achieving account profitability and sales targets, and serving as the primary account contact to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term continuity of supply.

What you will be doing:

  • Full P&L management of a national account portfolio.
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and retention through strong relationships across the customer’s business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure budgeted sales targets, account profitability, customer satisfaction and retention are achieved across the portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

About You:

  • Experience in a national account role, FMCG experience and a proven track record of delivering results – essential.
  • Demonstrate resilience, tenacity and a strong work ethic.
  • Customer‑centric mind‑set.
  • Enjoy working in a fast‑paced sales environment while prioritising important tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Have a genuine interest in the hospitality industry; experience working with catering equipment is preferred but not required.
