About The Role
Our client is seeking a high-impact Social Media Manager to own and elevate their digital presence across key B2B platforms. The role demands a creative yet analytical professional who can scale social channels with a strategic lens, aligning messaging with complex industries where risk, compliance, and credibility matter.
A background in cybersecurity is a plus but not essential. Candidates without cybersecurity experience must demonstrate significant success in scaling B2B social media for companies operating in regulated or complex sectors—consulting, enterprise tech, or professional services firms such as Accenture or Deloitte.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy—across organic and paid—aligned to brand, audience, and business objectives.
Manage and grow LinkedIn and X (Twitter) presence, ensuring consistent voice and engagement.
Drive competitive benchmarking, audience intelligence, and channel growth plans.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support lead generation, campaign amplification, and thought leadership.
Craft compelling, on-brand content tailored to B2B audiences, with agility to respond to trends and evolving topics.
Monitor social channels, including handling risk-sensitive or reputational issues when needed.
Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable insights using tools like Sprout Social.
Qualifications
5+ years managing social media for B2B brands with measurable results.
Strong experience working in or with firms in highly regulated, complex industries.
Demonstrated success growing a social presence—audience size, engagement, and pipeline impact.
Expertise in LinkedIn and Twitter/X, including paid campaigns and analytics.
Skilled in social tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and marketing analytics.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills for technical or executive audiences.
Highly proactive, feedback-driven, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
Nice to Have
Exposure to cybersecurity, enterprise IT, or SaaS sectors.
Experience translating complex, risk-aware messaging into engaging digital narratives.
Success Metrics
Growth in followers and engagement across key channels.
Effective integration with demand generation efforts.
Actionable monthly/quarterly insights to guide marketing leadership and refine social tactics.
