Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams. Act as the primary liaison between business, IT leadership, and external SAP partners. Oversee programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate third-party vendors and offshore teams. Support change management and user adoption. Requirements: 10+ years of SAP programme management experience. Led full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM). Experience with global rollouts and multi-vendor environments. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Preferred: Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe. Experience with data migration, integration, SAP Solution Manager. Knowledge of tools such as Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow.
