Role Overview

This is a non-traditional role working closely with the founding team to shape sales, marketing, and digital growth strategy. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of expanding BE LUX’s presence in San Francisco and soon globally, building partnerships with hospitality leaders, executing marketing campaigns, and helping scale our unique blockchain-driven model. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Compensation Structure

The total package is valued at over $1,000,000 USD, structured as:

  • Cash Salary: Base pay of $35K–$40K annually.
  • Performance Bonuses: Based on revenue, marketing results, and KPIs.
  • Sales Commissions: Earned from new client and partner deals.
  • Equity Ownership: Long-term upside through company shares.
  • Digital Assets & Crypto: $1,000,000 in BE LUX tokens, plus ongoing blockchain-based rewards.
