About The Role: Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across accounting topics (GAAP and/or IFRS), and develop references and task examples.
- Experts Acquisition: Conduct interviews and assess qualification tests of experts to ensure competency.
- Chat Moderation: Provide project-related support to other experts in Discord, especially regarding project guidelines.
- Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks for alignment with project guidelines; provide constructive feedback, verify information, and edit content as needed to improve quality.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Budget Analyst, Controller, Corporate Accountant, Cost Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, Operations Finance Analyst, Strategic Finance Analyst, Manufacturing Accountant, Plant Controller, Financial Analyst, Treasury Analyst, Capital Budgeting Analyst, Internal Auditor, Variance Analyst, Profitability Analyst, etc.
- Advanced English (C1) or higher.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Extensive experience in Management Accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks/topics quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
- Fully remote freelance role; you need a laptop, internet connection, time to dedicate, and enthusiasm.
