About The Work

You’ll lead creative direction for Sizzle Films, including:

  • Video pitches used by agencies to sell campaigns
  • Case studies showcased at Cannes Lions

These projects demand sharp storytelling, rhythm, and a refined visual sensibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the creative vision and final output of each project.
  • Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Editor, Coordinator, Motion Artist, AI Artist).
  • Break down briefs into clear creative and production needs.
  • Define resources, workflow, and timing for each project.
  • Work hands‑on when needed: Editing in Premiere, Motion in After Effects, Contributing across narrative, pacing, visuals, motion, and AI layers.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong narrative/editorial judgment.
  • Solid Premiere skills.
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects preferred).
